Caray Selected Vineyards
Las Mangas
Located in Morales de Toro, in the Las Mangas plot, this Tempranillo (Tinta de Toro) vineyard, planted between 1940 and 1950 with goblet training and a density of 914 plants per hectare, is located at an altitude of approximately 699 metres. The vineyard is located on stony and clay-loam soils.
In these fascinating vineyards, the grapes are carefully selected to produce the exclusive red wine "Caray Viñedo Selecciones."
Lucas Pastor VS
Pinares de Santa Ana y Pagos de la Laguna Mata
Located in Morales de Toro, on two plots in Pagos de la Laguna Mata, Tinta de Toro vineyard under dry land, planted in 1930 with goblet formation and a density of 932 plants per hectare, is located at an approximate altitude of 695 meters, with a slope of 3.6%. The vineyard sits on clay-loam soils with river stones, the second plot also located in Morales de Toro Los Pinares de Santa Ana, at an altitude of 702 meters and with a slope of 3.20%, is cultivated under dry land with goblet formation, with Tinta de Toro plants planted in 2000 at a rate of 1077 plants per hectare, the same as the previous plot its clay-loam soils with river stones.

Biografo del Vino / Marmaría
Pagos del Soto
Located in Morales de Toro, in Pagos del Soto, this dry-land vineyard is dedicated to the Tinta de Toro variety and is cultivated in goblet formation. The vines were planted in 1973, with a density of 952 plants per hectare, and are located at an approximate altitude of 683 metres, with a slope of 3.80%. The vineyard sits on stony soils with a clay-loam texture.
This is where the grapes are obtained to make the red wine "Biografo del Vino."

Located in Morales de Toro, in Pagos del Soto, this dry-land vineyard stands out for its trellis cultivation of the Verdejo variety, planted in 1973. With a density of 1,631 plants per hectare, it is located at an approximate altitude of 683 metres, on a slope of 3.80%. Its soils are sandy, covered with boulders.
This is where the grapes for the white wine (verdejo) "Caray Billon" are obtained.
Marmaria
The Pine Forest
Located in Morales de Toro, in the El Pinar plot, this Malvasía Castellana vineyard, ungrafted and dry, planted in 1960 with goblet training and a density of 930 plants per hectare, is located at 696 metres above sea level on gentle slopes of 5.8%. Its sandy soils are covered with boulders.
This is where the grapes for the white wine (Malvasia Castellana) "Marmaria" are obtained.
