TASTING
A wine of intense ruby red color with purple hues and great depth.
The nose is characterized by its complexity, dominated by ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums, red fruits such as cherries, floral notes of violets and a subtle hint of liquorice. The aromas of the French barrel provide vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee, sweet spices and a light touch of cedar and leather.
On the palate it is broad, silky and well-structured, with ripe tannins and a velvety texture. Its freshness and balance highlight the ripe fruits, spices and dark chocolate, culminating in a long and persistent finish with hints of vanilla, coffee and a spicy and fruity aftertaste.
